Njoki Muhoho

Njoki is a multi-discipline professional. She has over 28 years experience in Management Consultancy, Human Resource Management, Organisational Development and Management Training.

She has worked with Price WaterhouseCoopers  (PWC)  background and is now the Founder and Director of Workingsmart Skills Ltd.

Njoki has a second career in Media and is an award-winning TV/Film Producer.

Her skills and competencies include; strategic plan development, organization structuring, corporate core competencies development, skills assessment, human resource management policies and manuals, management and personal effectiveness training, motivational speaker team building facilitator, executive organization reviews and structuring, job analysis and job evaluation. she also carries out assignments in culture and change management programs.

She has over 8 years’ experience in film and TV production. As Board member of the Kenya Film Commission, she is involved in development of Kenya film policies. She is a Pan-African judge for the highest TV/Film Awards, the AMVCA.   Njoki is also the Founder of and Executive Producer at Zebra Productions Kenya.

Njoki is also a trained and certified Psychometric Tester. She is registered with the British Psychological Society as well as leading international psychological publishers including, Oxford Psychologists Press-UK, The Morrisby Organisation-UK and Nefer Nelson ASE-UK. She has administered and interpreted psychometric tests in the East Africa region for over 20 years.

She is also a published author, columnist and poet. She authored the book Workplace a management book for the busy office worker, and has been a regular columnist with the Daily Nation and Standard newspapers.
